Our approach
Rally is operated by Innexum Pty Ltd in Queensland, Australia. Rally does not contain advertising, third-party analytics or tracking technology. Innexum does not operate a separate database containing your family's routine data.
Information used by Rally
You can choose to enter family-member names, avatars or profile photos, routines, tasks, schedules, dependencies and completion progress. Rally uses this information only to provide the app's features.
If you select a profile photo, Rally requests access to the photo you choose. Rally does not scan or upload the rest of your photo library.
Where data is stored
Rally data is stored locally on your device and in your Apple iCloud account through CloudKit. Owned data is kept in your private CloudKit database. Innexum cannot browse records in a user's private CloudKit database.
If you use Rally's invitation-only sharing, Apple places the records you choose to share in CloudKit's shared database. People who accept the invitation can access and edit those shared records according to the permission granted. Sharing is private; Rally does not publish family content or make it searchable.
Apple operates iCloud and CloudKit. Your use of those services is also governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.
Data collection and tracking
- Rally does not show advertisements.
- Rally does not track you across apps or websites.
- Rally does not use third-party analytics or marketing SDKs.
- Innexum does not sell Rally data.
- Rally does not require a separate Innexum account.
Deleting your data
In Rally, open Settings and choose Delete All Rally Data. After two confirmations, Rally deletes its owned private CloudKit zone and clears Rally data stored on that device. This also ends outgoing Rally shares. It does not delete source data owned by another person whose invitation you accepted.

Children and families
Rally is a general family organisation app intended to be set up and managed by a parent or guardian. It is not a public social network and is not listed in the App Store's Made for Kids category.

We may update this policy when Rally's features or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this address.
