iCloud requirements

Rally uses the Apple iCloud account already signed into the device. It does not require a separate Rally or Innexum login.

  1. Open the device's Settings app and confirm an Apple Account is signed in.
  2. Open iCloud and ensure iCloud Drive is enabled.
  3. Reconnect to the internet, reopen Rally and choose Retry if it appears.
If iCloud is temporarily unavailable and Rally already has data on the device, you can continue using that local copy. Rally retries sync when iCloud becomes available.

Sync between devices

Devices signed into the same Apple iCloud account use the same private Rally data. Allow a short period for CloudKit changes to arrive. Keep Rally open briefly on both devices and check that both have an internet connection.

If a person's name appears but their routines do not, update both devices to the latest Rally build, open Rally on the device where the routines were created, and then reopen it on the second device. Contact support if the routines still do not arrive.

Private family sharing

Rally can share a selected person's records using Apple's private CloudKit invitation interface. The recipient must accept the invitation using their Apple Account. Rally does not create public links or searchable family profiles.

Profile photos

Rally asks for Photo Library access only when you choose a profile photo. If access was declined, open device Settings, find Rally, choose Photos and allow access to the photos you want to use. Emoji avatars work without Photo Library access.

Delete all Rally data

  1. Open Rally and tap the Settings gear.
  2. Authenticate with the device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID.
  3. Choose Delete All Rally Data.
  4. Read and accept both deletion confirmations.

Rally first deletes the private CloudKit zone you own and then clears its local device data. Outgoing Rally shares stop working. Data owned by someone else is not deleted from their iCloud account.

Privacy

Rally has no advertising or tracking and Innexum does not operate a separate family-data database. Read the full Rally Privacy Policy.
